Z bus Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing the z bus platform or creating an account, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by applicable laws in Bangladesh and apply equally to all users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. z bus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. We endeavor to notify registered users of significant changes.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on z bus, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date; providing false information may result in account termination. Each user may only maintain one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials completely confidential and must not share them with anyone. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the z bus platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are only possible through approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. Deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set according to platform policy and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, though faster service is provided once verification is complete. For suspicious or unusual transactions, z bus may request additional verification and reserves the right to place a hold on transactions if necessary.

Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games on the platform operate on principles of fairness and transparency, with every outcome determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any form of fraud, bot usage, hacking, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated. Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts and balances being forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, our server logs will be considered the final reference. All users are encouraged to follow responsible gaming practices.

Account Termination & Suspension

Z bus reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. If there is a valid balance prior to account closure, it will be refunded in accordance with the applicable policy. However, if an account is terminated due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Relevant provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.

The z bus platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee compensation for technical errors, network issues, or unexpected disruptions. Participation in games is entirely voluntary and each user is solely responsible for their own decisions. z bus is not liable for any losses arising from third-party payment gateways, network providers, or device issues. If services are suspended or restricted for legal reasons, z bus is not obligated to provide compensation. Users are advised to always play responsibly and within their means.
